Other programs include valiltramiprosate (ALZ-801), an oral small-molecule inhibitor of amyloid oligomer formation, and sabirnetug (ACU193), which selectively targets soluble amyloid-beta oligomers.

The broader pipeline also includes PRI-002, PRX012, PMN310, and TML-6, reflecting continued efforts to improve amyloid targeting, treatment convenience, selectivity, and safety.
